Mr. Stewart was brought to the medicine grounds of the Indians "ailing" and on the verge of death. Mr. Stewart regained his health and attributed it to the miraculous healing qualities of the mineral water and the incredible beautiful environment which surrounds it.

Stewart Springs offers the same healing waters and environment loved for over 100 years, but now our well-cared for grounds feature 18 building nestled among landscaped ponds, gazebos, bridges and pools. Stewart Springs rests in a forest canyon where the sun shines through the cedar, fir and pine trees surrounding parks Creek, a pure, rushing mountain stream.

Famed Mount Shasta, rising 14,163 feet to a breathtaking peak, is located only a few miles from Stewart Mineral Springs. Renowned since the Indian days for its spiritual power, Mount Shasta's healing influence penetrates Stewart Springs.

Stewart Mineral Springs' mineral water is considered to be one of the most powerful healing waters in the world. The mineral baths work on the principle of drawing toxins from the body while restoring the body's natural mineral balance.

The immaculate bathhouse has 15 individual bathing rooms with old-fashioned tubs. You relax in healing music as the water purifies your body. We also offer a huge wood-headed sauna to complete the purifying process. Relax your tense muscles as you inhale pure mountain air. The bathhouse is surrounded by wide wooden decks overlooking Parks Creek, where you may sunbathe and relax to the sounds of the rushing stream.
